Using waybackmachine.org, it appears that this version was released in 1995 according to the archived web pages for buythiscd.com.  (See this link for verification: ).  This matches with the timing of when SID codes began to be used.  This also matches with note on [r15956312 which indicates that the first pressing did not include the barcode on the back.  This version includes the barcode on the back and appears to be the second (and later) pressing.
