Due to the unavailability of certain masters, tracks 17, 27, 28, 30 had carefully to be dubbed from disc or acetate. The remaining tracks were digitally transferred from the master or session tapes to ensure optimum quality. All tracks were digitally remastered using CEDAR noise reduction systems and Sony SBM.
