ALCO mastering with stamper similar to Monarch (circle with stylized ALC letters, much phantasy needed). Funny enough the ^36942[-X looks like Monarch numbering. Number would indicate 1960 (as confirmed in Complete Library of American Phonograph Recordings) and -X was added by Monarch to B-sides. Unless ALCO was at the same numbers, I'd say Metal work / mastering at ALCO, pressed by Monarch.
