Record is VG+ Has hiss on both sides. Seems to be pressing more than anything. Both sides play great without any issues.

The Cash Box magazine reviewed this record in their Dec 21st, 1957 issue. In it, both sides are given C+, which is "Good". They state for both sides: 

“SPUTNIK II” (2:00) [Les Kangas BMI—Kangas A cute cornball novelty comparing a girl with a sputnik, is handled in colorful fashion by AL Barkle. Side features a dog too.
“WITH THIS RING” (2:16) [Les Kangas BMI—Masten, Stevens A pretty R & R ballad chanted romantically to a fish beat by the group.
